Eleven Years Ago Today...

...the love of my life and I said "I do."

...we embarked on the greatest journey either of us had ever had.

...we promised to love and to cherish, til death do us part.

...we ate and drank with our friends and family. The we went to the Little Bear to drink more. Klassy, but that's how we roll.

It was a really wonderful day, made perfect by the joining of us.

Happy Anniversary, Honey. I love you more and more each day.

Congrats! Where is that church with that awesome view behind? That is exactly where I would have picked to be married 15 years ago! I live on the East Coast (mountainous region), but I have never been to a church that has that glorious view!

I can't find my blog said...

To Anonymous above: I would have emailed you the answer but...so I don't know if you'll get this. The church is Rockland Community Church in Genesee, technically, Golden, Colorado. That view? The continental Divide. Truly glorious!

That church has a 'marriage' ministry. Most weekends out of the year they have multiple weddings per day. In and out in 2 hours so the next couple has their time. Kind of a factory, but really worth it for these kind of memories!
