Ravioli with Asparagus

This is one of my easy, go-to dinners for busy weeknights. And my family loves it.

I have a steamer that I use several times a week-you can prepare the asparagus ahead of time and then turn on the steamer about 10 minutes before you're ready to sit down. You could also use zucchini, that is, if your children will eat it.

I keep a large bag of ravioli in the freezer (bought at Costco)-these are cheese and spinach, but you can use your favorite. The sauce is jarred-just heat in a sauce pan while the ravioli is cooking-and spoon over asparagus and ravioli to taste.

Easy, fast, and looks fancy too!

Do you have a favorite and quick weeknight dinner?

Oh! Don't forget to go read the Compassion Blog today, and click through to the individual bloggers. I can't believe some of these stories-- truly moving.
