I've Never...

  • been to Europe, (save England twice.)
  • been to Canada.
  • jumped out of or off of anything. Nor will I ever.
  • eaten sushi. Won't do this, either.
  • been to Mt. Rushmore-but this should be taken care of in a couple of weeks.
  • lived in the desert.
  • read the Twilight series.
  • worked in an office.
  • seen or read Gone With The Wind.
  • spent more than 2 nights away from my kids-in 9 1/2 years! (See? and you people keep wondering why I'm headless?!)
  • climbed a fourteener.
Shamelessly swiped (and edited to be my own) from Mom to the Screaming Masses and Busy Mom. Write your own list and I'll come visit!

Mt. Rushmore was awesome! We went in May; truly amazing. While you are there, just 10 minutes away, go to Bear Country USA (see our blog). The kids will LOVE it!

What in the world is a fourteener????????? Does that come right after a Thirteener and just before a Fifteener????

I can't find my blog said...

"Fourteener" is the nickname for a mountain over 14,000 feet. In Colorado many people climb the fourteeners-some are easy and others are difficult. It's a 'club' of sorts.

Try sushi. It doesn't have to have raw fish, that's sashimi. Sushi is actually a special way of preparing rice, with vinegar. Sushi rolls are very good & many of them have cooked ingredients. If it has tempura in the name, that means it's been breaded & fried. Shrimp tempura roll is my favorite.
