We celebrated both birthdays this weekend. I apparently celebrated by going to the grocery store a lot and baking. A lot.
That is Robin's Apple Pie and it is the very best in the world. If you need to bake a pie for the holidays this year this one is easy and so fantastic that your family will make you bring it again and again. Which is good because it's way easier than being responsible for the turkey or something equally as annoying. Tip-I used one tablespoon of cinnamon, (not the dash that the recipe calls for,) and scant a tablespoon or two of the 1 cup of sugar that it calls for. It was perfect!
