It's November Again?

Where the hell did October go? This means that 1) I've gotten through 2 birthdays, 2) Halloween is over (hallelujah,) 3) the first trimester of school is over and we're gearing up for conferences, 4) Thanksgiving is only 3 weeks away, 5) Christmas is about 7 weeks away (lalalalalala I'm not listening!), and 6) it's NaBloPoMo!

[For anyone that doesn't know, NaBloPoMo is in November each year. It stands for National Blog Posting Month. If you join (it only takes a few minutes,) and post each day, then you have a chance to win a bunch of prizes. Go check out the homepage and see if it's something you want to join if you haven't already. It was started by Eden, who you should be reading if you're not. I love her even if she has no clue who I am. I'm not a stalker, really.]

So, you'll be hearing from me each day this month. I actually did it last year-there were a few hard days, but I made it. It stretches you-whether you write for you or your readers, whether you consider yourself a personal journalist or a blogger or an actual writer-it stretches you. I love to read NaBloPoMo posts. So I'll be reading you, too! I just may not be commenting as often, as November typically makes my reader explode. Just so you know.

Your assignment:

I'm taking questions. Ask me what you will. I need topics, and certainly there is something that you want to know about me and my family. Of course, I reserve the right to not answer something that I deem too personal or crosses a line for my kids, but I'll do my best to answer anything that you throw my way. Leave 'em in the comments!
I'll answer them throughout November, as my inspiration or lack thereof, permits. Thanks!!!

And if you're participating? Good Luck! I'll see you December 1st with that dazed and confused look on our faces, and no posts until about December 5th.

Just sayin'.

I've been seeing that all over today. I would love to join but I just think I could post everyday.
Good luck, I look forward to seeing you everyday!
