What's In Your.... DVR?

You can tell a lot about a person or family by what is in their DVR.

Here's what's in ours:

  • The Big Bang Theory
  • Parenthood
  • Days of Our Lives
  • Grey's Anatomy
  • Scorpion
  • Local Government- This was when my #2 was getting recognition from our city council last year with his football team for making it to the championship game. HD was really sick that day and stayed home on the couch and I remembered that we have a live feed on our tv of all of the public city council meetings so I had him tape it. Since there are no VCRs any more I don't know what to do with it. I'd love to have a copy for him but don't have a clue on how to go about it. Maybe hook up a laptop? Any tips would help.
  • The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon- This comes on at 11:35 here on the west coast and I can't stay up that late so we taped the first one to see how he did. Still haven't watched it.
  • Bones
What do you think?  Does this say anything about me or my family?

What's in your DVR? Post it and I'll come visit to mock you for your Ridiculessness and RHoWhicheverCityIsOnNow. (Just kidding. No judgement. Come on, I've got Days up there. No.Judgement.)

I have 53 Series that I record throughout the year. Some are Fall shows and some are on in the summer. It keeps me very busy. I also keep a few favorite movies taped for nights I can't sleep, just play it and close my eyes. I love a lot of Sitcoms, Grey's, Parenthood, Major Crimes,Revenge, Person of Interest, Andy Cohen, Big Brother, American Idol, The Voice and the list goes on and on. I am really liking Scorpion, How to get away with murder, Madam Secretary, and Stalker which are new this season.

oh mine is silly and all over the place. Girl Meets World, Duck Dynasty, Bones, Gothem, The Amazing Race, NWT Ice Pilots, Canada's worse Driver, The Big Bang Theory, 19 kids and counting (I know!), also a local channel's coverage of the Remembrance Day Ceremony but not for my child for my Neighbour's hubbie, 3 episodes of Outlander( can't wait for April!). I did some deleting yesterday of "reruns"'

I'd post but we don't have a DVR. Or cable or satellite. That doesn't mean we don't watch a lot of tv though: thank goodness for Hulu Plus and Netflix!

Big Bang, Scorpion, Bones, Two Broke Girls, Greys, Amazing Race and Madam Secretary which I haven't actually watched yet. Oh also Top Chef even though I can't seem to get into it this season. I DVR the Voice too, even though we tend to watch it as it's on.
