So, since we do nothing easy or in order, we had a second project start before the kitchen was done. As much as we entertain, we were ready to get our patio done so we could really use that outdoor space well. The trend here in Southern California is to have a rain-tight patio cover with lights, fans, tvs, and comfortable living room-type furniture. So that was our plan!
