I finally broke down and...I'm proud of you HM!<br /><br />I finally broke down and joined WeightWatchers and have had some success... 14 lbs in 3 weeks. Without having a babysitter to come watch the kids, there's just no time. I can't get up early enough and am too tired when Tim gets home, so exercise flies out the window. So, it's the eating part that I'm careful with. I believe it's all about portion control... I eat what I want but in small portions. I use a salad plate as my dinner plate to prevent putting too much on it. I try to only have healthy snacks around (cheese stick, grapes, ricecake/peanut butter, apple/peanut butter, carrots with hummus). I THREW OUT all of the halloween candy except what's in Hannah's bucket which prevents my eating it all in one sitting. Chocolate is my downfall! Those are my tips...
