Thank you for your kind words about Headless Dad's surgery. He went in to the OR about 10, I spoke with the surgeon at 1, I finally saw him at 3:30 and we didn't leave the hospital until 6:30. Yeah, that was fun. Thanks goodness for my parents that were here with the boys after school and able to cook dinner. They rock.
Sitting at a hospital for 10 hours is not really my idea of fun. I even got bored with the book that I was reading.
I highly suggest an exciting, engaging book for the hospital waiting room. Could someone have told me that before 8 am yesterday? And the glasses that I ordered last week would have been a great help. There's nothing like ending a long day with a splitting, eye-strain headache. Woo Hoo!
So I'll be around for the next few days waiting on the guy that is jacked up on REALLY GOOD painkillers.
Don't you want to be me?
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I'm still around reading all of you but if I don't comment please don't flog me, OK? I've got to get through one thing at a time.

Glad to hear everything went okay for HD. Glad to see you're cranky about it, which means that he's doing okay. :D
And you're right, our parents do rock. :)
Glad to read things went well. I haven't stopped by here in a while. I am sorry to read HD even had to have surgery. Hang in there.
