Just Curious...About Issues

I've been wondering...what is the most important issue to YOU when you look at who to vote for? What is THE issue that you're listening for this election year? Please post ONLY the issue in the comments section. (I am really only curious about the issue-not who you like and why. Is the media covering what we are really wanting to follow? Or are they quacking about what they think we want to hear? I don't want to hear your opinion, either, just what issue. This is mostly because I'm not sure I could moderate such a deep debate in my comments section. Thanks!)

I was planning to vote based on looks, but health care is technically more an "issue".

competence

I want a leader who will appoint people to responsible roles based on something other than how much moeny they raised in the campaign.

Flexibility.

The last thing we need is another dogmatic type who cannot look at any issue in a clear-headed manner. The old answers no longer apply, we need fresh solutions to the staggering issues that threaten to weigh this country down.

Healthcare is my first jump off but Iraq and oil dependence is way more broken , healthcare it seems could be fixed with a pen stroke- if they decide to. (cameron96)

What does it matter what I'm listening for? All they seem to want to talk about is "experience" and "who wasn't for the war in the beginning" .... yah
I would like to hear more about Healthcare, Change and our Economy (oil and such)
