Fitness Friday #2

Is it Friday already? These weeks are barreling by. Before we know it, it will be Christmas! (Don't throw any tomatoes this way. *ducking*)

So, for this week, I walked M-Th. (anywhere from 2 miles-3 1/4 miles). I've run parts of that.

I've started back on my granola and yogurt breakfast. (Granola cereal, vanilla yogurt, and berries if we have them.) I have been making my homemade refried beans, so burritos (with a tortilla, or 'in a bowl') have been eaten. Fiber, protein, and great for the budget! We have been cutting out carbs, and eating lots more fruits and veggies. Nothing exciting, but we're doing it.

And not a damn pound lost to show for it
