155

Alright.

Body, I hear you, and you better hear me.

Enough of this. The upward climb stops now; today. For tomorrow will bring walking, and salads, and no second helpings. The Coke is once again a once-a-month treat.

Muffin-top, you're on notice. No longer will you get me to lounge on the couch if I haven't first walked/done sit-ups/done something. Water, you're now my constant friend, and coffee? Oh coffee, your morning stint is now limited to 2, yes I said 2, cups.

Apples and oranges, you are now my snacks. We must bid adieu to chips, and my beloved queso. Trash, get ready for the sugar high for tomorrow you will be bloated with candy, left over from holidays past, never again for me to grab "just one" as I pass by, not even wanting you in the first place.

Good bye, 155. You've overstayed your welcome already.

I'm with you on this one. My weight has slowly been inching up and I really need to get motivated like you.

We too are watching what we are eating. Why does it have to be so hard????

Good-luck; I'll be cheering you on from UT!

Sounds like a plan for success!

I'll be with you on this one too. Why does spring stress (and other stress in your case) just lend itself to packing on a few extra pounds? You go, headless mom!! Rooting for you from over here!

You get the irony that 155 is not far above my target weight right?

I start work with a personal trainer today. Cuz yeah...it is now or never.

Good luck.
And can I say? Very well written little post.

I went to the dr. recently and was told to drop 20 lbs. Ugh. I'm down 5, but after this weekend, there's no telling... Good luck to you!

I can so relate to this post. Working on the same thing here in Boise Idaho. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
